Hello! This is a really cool feature. How do you enjoy living here? How would you describe the community? My fiancé and I are going to be moving to the area together and are looking forward to touring this place.

I absolutely love it! Very family-oriented, very safe, very clean, and everyone is very attentive. Guests can always park for free nearby. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, Target, parks, everything! 

It doesn't feel like you're renting from an apartment but from a community, which I love. I live with my son, so I took a lot into consideration and visited a lot of options and this was the best! Also, we have the heated pool from May to October– can't beat that!

For me community was very important, especially through these hard times! I didn't want to feel like I was living in a high-rise. The fact that the apartments are so spacious and airy and the closet is hugeeeeee sold me as well. First floor apartments are not carpeted and have higher ceilings.

The community is beyond amazing; you will love it. It's nice and chic, I just moved here in September and I feel like I've been here for years. Additionally, 4 min from us are amazing views and restaurants.

Would you happen to be in the A2 floorplan? Good natural light? We haven't gotten a chance to look at the apartment in person and will have to sign the lease straight online. So a bit nervous... but I have seen good reviews.

Ok! So I think mine is A2. It's a 1 bedroom with a balcony that has an overhang. It's full of light from the balcony side and I love sitting out there. There is nature all around the property.

Hi, I’m considering applying here. There have been some bad reviews. Thin walls, dirty, dog poop everywhere. Are people just being picky or what’s the real story? Thanks. 

Hi Sebastian! I've been living here for 2 years now and there definitely can be neighbors who will leave the halls dirty, but the maintenance crew makes sure to keep our halls clean as often as they can. The maintenance crew is pretty small and there are a lot of building halls to clean so they try to get to them as soon as possible. Honestly the first year was not great, but they’ve completely turned it around. I just signed my lease again, and if there were bad conditions, I would not have signed again.

Hi Rebecca, my name is Jordan. I’ll be relocating soon, and I can only go based off virtual tours and pictures. Are these apartments worthwhile? I saw in the reviews that people were complaining about roaches... is that true? And how is the neighborhood? I’ll be coming with a 1-year-old and 5-month-old, and I really want something safe, is it a gated community? Thanks! 

Hello, nice to meet you! I myself relocated and had a budget that I wanted to stay in and came across these apartments. Now, I’m only going to be 100% honest, don’t go based off the reviews because had I done that, I would not be living here today. From my understanding, there were management issues in the past that caused a lot of those issues that you read online. So far, I’ve been here going on 8 months and I haven’t had any issues at all with pests. I had minor maintenance issues but that comes with any apartment, and they were very quick with resolving those issues. I have 2 daughters, one 10-year-old and a 1-year-old, so I definitely wanted something safe as I am a single mother. It is a gated community.

One of the things I love is the valet trash. You literally place it on the balcony and they pick it up! The bottom floors have gated balconies which is cool so you and your kids have some privacy while sitting on your balcony. Everyone here has been extremely nice thus far, management staff as well as residents. I would say come by and get a tour of the upgraded apartments. I truly believe you will love it!

Hi Samantha, after reading the reviews on Google (which were mostly all 5-star positive) there were some negative reviews that concerned me. Mainly, how bad is the noise in the apartment? Are you really able to hear conversations and phones ringing/vibrating in your neighboring and upstairs apartments?

Hi David! Absolutely not. There's not a lot of noise, so don't worry about that. You can only hear other neighbors if they're jumping for some reason or having a party, but it is not bad at all. Also, most people are very respectful and follow a 'bedtime' around 9 p.m. The pool and computers close at 10.

That’s good to hear. What else can you tell me about the place?

The amenities are as you see them online. They're always clean and never too full, even during Summer. My two sons use the pool frequently, and sometimes we barbecue.

I enjoy living here a lot because everything is clean, pretty, and smells good. Every month there's an activity planned by the staff. They provide really good, free food and it's nice to go with your family. After our last place, I realized the importance of feeling at home in a new place, especially with family. Feel free to ask me anything you want!
